Why are you unable to send Twizler cards to the Isle of Man?

Is the whole background of the card made of silver foil? I cant see any silver in the picture.

I was more than happy with the beautiful Twizler cards I bought . The silver effect was in the music notes on the front and the finish of the drawing was on the back. Would buy again.

What are the the words inside the card? Someone said very sentimental so may be over the top for the recipient.
