Works great for hotel travel when you don’t have access to a freezer and need to keep food cold and using the ice machine. These stayed cold for 8 hours

I am that traveler that packs, snacks drinks for a road-trip. I was able to freeze my spring water in the bags and through the trip day when it melted we had cold water to fill our reusable water bottles, no leakage problems and no excessive sweating from the bag. I wish I had found these years ago. I would highly recommend these for any day trip or long trips.

This didn't work as great as I was lead to believe by a FB post. It does melt the ice like it says, and it is easier to pour out than a similar type item, but I am disappointed in how much it does sweat. I didn't expect it to sweat as much as it does. I got 2 bags and both sweat.

We have a larger size of these that we use frequently when camping, but we bought the smaller ones for Disney World to keep in the cooler in the bottom of our stroller. It was great because we could get ice from our hotel to fill them up, and then about partway through the day when the ice was melted, we could pour out the cold water and use it to wet our cooling towels to put around our necks. Since you can get free ice from any Quick Service restaurant, we would get ice from them to refill the bags. They are sturdy and work really well! No leaking! I will warn you though that they do sweat a little, especially in the Florida heat, so keep that in mind! It wasn’t a problem for us because we had them inside the cooler bag.

I bought these bags to keep fish cold in my cooler after fishing, and they’re a total letdown. The plastic is so thin and flimsy that it punctures easily—fish fins tear right through it. I’ve gone through three bags already because they either rip when dropped or get shredded by the fish. Maybe they’re okay for something else, but if you’re trying to keep fish cold, don’t bother. Complete waste of money.

It's a bag that holds ice. No big deal right? Wrong. It's so much more! For years, I've been making ice just for it to melt in my cooler and soak everything within. Then I got cocky and put ice in double half-gallon plastic bags. Not good. Sometimes it worked, but mostly it melted, found a hole in the bag, and repeated the soggy process. Then I found the Tourist Reusable ice bag. Simple genius. Fill it with ice. Seal it with the handle and go to the beach, the game, whatever! The best part is that when the ice melts (because that's what it does), you now have drinking water. Just pour it out of the spout on the bag. I no longer have to bring additional water jugs to anything. Sooo simple, yet genius. These bags really work.
