Hafele2 Chrome Finish Glass Shelf Support

I have an IKEA glass shelf in my bathroom. The original fittings were damaged and these were the replacements.Very similar fit, apart from the hole that takes the fixing screw is marginally narrower on the fitting.A good equivalent at a reasonable cost- you would not know they weren’t original fittings.

These replaced some old fittings which had corroded, they look much better quality. Used to hold up a small (~15cm) perspex bathroom shelf. You do need to find or make very narrow headed screws though.

Needed this item for a small glass shelf in my bathroom......really stong itemOnly complaint was it was difficult too find screws to fit .....but would still recommend

The shelf support itself is fine however it is impossible to get a suitable fixing into the slot. I had to grind down the heads of screws to make them work.

Lovely little shelf support. I bought it because original bathroom shelves support wasn’t holding well. Although it’s smaller then original, it’s holds much better and looks better too.Sturdy, looks good, easy to install. Great value for money

It's a good product, but Hafele could do with making a longer one to hold shelves really securely.

Very poor casting, out of 4 only one sat square on the backing, used for 4mm thick glass shelf and it wouldn’t hold it level even with packing.Might be suitable for 6mm thick glass and used for items that are not going to roll off!

Excellent for tiny glass bathroom shelf to hold electric toothbrush. Had to file the slot open slightly to fit 6mm glass. Looks good, competitively priced.
