I’ve ordered multiple sets of these and they have helped. I had to cut down the first sets so that I could stand to wear them all day in my work shoes. After a while I was able to wear them all day. Then I ordered the next set and I still can’t wear them all day without any rubbing issues but i think that’s normal. Most body issues don’t happen overnight and can’t be corrected overnight. They are the most comfortable without any shoes but if you can get away with wearing Lems shoes then that’s pretty close. Overall after several months of using this product I have less foot pain. This solution is probably optimally effective if you can eliminate shoes that helped create the problem as well.

This toe separator is made just a little better than all the other ones I bought. I think it will last longer. It's soft yet slightly firm silicone so it's comfortable even when I use them inside shoes. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

I like nothing about these...they are so tight as to restrict circulation ( and I have very skinny toes ) They have no form and just look like a mush of gel. Not as they look in the photo and NOT as described! I wish I could get my money back!!!!!!!!!!!

PRO: These are flush with the bottom of your foot, so you can easily walk around in them.CON: The last two separators, between the little and fourth toe and the fourth and third toe, are so thin it's like there's nothing there.

I've used the spacer for about an hour each day since I received it about a week ago, and I already have noticeable relief. Great product!

I didn't like the fit. never quite sure how to wear it. could only wear an hour at most. Not satisfied!

Works great, but much harder to put on then you would think, also be ready for some pain as they do there work.

I didn’t find these as comfortable as the ZenToes. They are not comfortable in shoes and I only wear them when I’m at home.
