An Excellent Resource for Over 50's
Excellent guide for over 50's who are trying to stay in shape and most importantly, NOT hurt ourselves in the process. Will Harlow has written an excellent how-to book for exercise. I learned of this book while following his videos on youtube, and I highly recommend this. Even with the videos available, this book has been a wonderful supplemental resource. If you're over 50 years of age, and exercise or are looking to start exercising, this could be invaluable to you, as Will gives solid instruction and advice!

Great Book!
Great book that is targeted toward seniors! Let's face it. I'm 71 and want to maintain my mobility and strength. I have a persistent pain in my left hip area, after a total hip replacement 5 years ago. My doctor didn't give me any guidance as how to battle the atrophy also in my left leg. I knew there had to be more to battle the pain and watching my leg further deteriorate than steroid shots that are only effective for so long and after awhile don't work at all. Through physical therapy and Wll's book and videos I am doing something about my condition. When I find an exercise is causing other problems Will's book and videos give me alternatives geared toward my age and abilities. It is nice having his book to refer to. So greatful for a 30 something guy devoting his career to us oldsters!

wow! i am blown away by the amount of information in your book. i just received it and glanced thru it. i am anxious to get started reading, learning, and applying. thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and helping us attain the best physical health we can beyond fifty.

Great, Solid Book!
Will Harlow presents information in an easy-to-follow manner. He explains the science behind the exercise. The exercises are simple and effective. I first found his YouTube channel and quickly became a fan. I really like how the exercises are listed by body parts/areas and each has an introduction. He also has pages listing common terms used in his book and by many providers. There is an explanation of aging, mobility, strengthening, and endurance with each having several pages. So many tips and recommendations! This is not just a book of exercises, it's informative!

A Deep Well of Useful Information
I discovered Will's physio YouTubes, and I was incredibly impressed. A long term cranky crampy knee problem went away within 2 weeks of Will's hip strengthening exercises. No more knee cramping every 15 seconds while standing in line, chopping vegetables, queueing, etc. That motivated me to buy the book, and I was very pleased at how clear and well organized it is. My motivation to improve, rather than just maintain, my mobility, balance and strength is now at an all time high. So much so that I purchased 3 more copies for my sisters.

Easy to use for stretching
This is an exercise picture book for those with sore joints or who need to strengthen and stretch without hurting themselves. Spirals allow pages to stay open for easy viewing.

Easy to understand
The information in this book is written in short and easily understood chapters. This takes the “overwhelming” of getting fit later in life, to very do-able and motivating.

Awesome !
Will is extremely full of knowledge ! I am excited to continue with his book and video clips. Needed this years ago, so glad my sister recently introduced me to Will because of my hip replacement surgery. Laurie L.
