I love German tools and this does not disappoint
After looking at several bench drill vices, I settled on this one. I love German tools and this does not disappoint. I use it with a Bosch PBD-40.

Pretty good as a light weight hobby vice.
It's not a bad little Vice and i have used it a fair bit. The only reason I have not given it 5 stars is because it is extremely light. You cannot really have to make sure you are holding it in place very firmly or bolt it to the drill stand. I use it on my Dremel Drill stand but would not recommend using this on a workshop pillar drill. Definately designed for light work.

I had one better designed in the past.
Does the jib but button release is hard to operate with one hand. The button should have been on top not on the side.

Lightweight, but a perfect partner for the Dremel workstation
Cast alloy frame with grooved steel jaws for holding round materials, and sufficiently accurate to hold small components securely. The quick release mechanism and triangular handle allow quick setting/release and adequate grip. The base is not machined, but is flat enough for most purposes. Not suitable for heavy work or for a full-size drill press - buy an all-steel machine vice with a properly ground base.

Unser bisheriger wolfcraft Universal-Schraubstock war nach jahrzehntelanger Nutzung leider durch effektiv zu starkes Festziehen gebrochen, so dass wir nun das gleiche Modell, welches einen sehr robusten Eindruck hinterlässt, in neuerer und verbessert stabilerer Ausführung kauften.Damit sind wir sehr zufrieden, denn er soll in den richtigen Einsatzfällen genutzt werden. Wer Einsätze mit extremeren Ansprüchen braucht, der sollte sich auch für ein deutlich schwereres Modell entscheiden.Ebenso einen unebenen Boden an Unterseite (wie jemand schrieb) können wir definitiv nicht feststellen! Er liegt vollkommen plan auf ebener Oberfläche auf und ist in seiner Qualität einfach sehr gut!Es kommt daher auf die richtigen Einsätze an, für die dieser Universal-Schraubstock vorgesehen werden soll.Für unsere leichtere bis mittelschwere Nutzung ist er qualitativ voll und ganz in Ordnung, so dass wir dafür eine klare Kaufempfehlung aussprechen wollen und so berechtigt auch wieder die vollen 5 Sterne vergeben.

Indiscutibile qualità tedesca, ad un presso decisamente abbordabile. Se vi serve una piccola morsa, per bloccare pezzi in lavorazione sotto ad una colonna (Dremel ad esempio), questo accessorio è ideale. Robusta ed affidabile.
