Alfie loved this stuff.
He only eats about 20% as he decided long ago that he only likes to eat all the treat bits and throws the main pellets out the bowl once he's done!Seems to be thriving on it though as he's 9 and still full of life.

Voted best chinchilla food by Tango and Pepsi!
My daughter's chinchillas asked me to give this 5 stars and also to mention that it seems to contain a higher ratio of carrot than the larger 2.5 kilo pack, so this makes it their feed of choice. If your little fellas don't want to be bored to death of ugly plain pellets that every other manufacturer seems to be switching to these days, then Charlie Chinchilla is the best choice. Keep your intelligent little fuzzies smiling!

Lots of variety, very good value for money
The packaging was way bigger than expected, usually products at this size are much smaller in quantity.Something to keep in mind, this is like a mixture of snacks and pellets this means if your chinchillas are used to different type of pellet they will not eat this one and will only pick out the treat parts which is basically all the flat colourful bits. I highly recommend giving it as a treat rather than as part of their regular diet and splitting out the pellets as they can go along their regular feed.If you want your chinchillas to eat these pellets slowly introduce it alongside your main ones and they will eventually pick these up! (fingers crossed)All in all chinchillas love the product, but more clarity could be given on what exactly it is in product page as its slightly misleading.
