This electric lunchbox is just perfect for heating up a meal on the road. I tried it heating up leftovers, which worked well. I put the leftovers in a little tin container from a previous microwave meal. You could also just line the lunchbox container with foil. I also heated up a microwave meal in it, which had a cardboard container. That was finished in about 35 minutes, and it was steaming hot. The plastic tray on top is questionable, since fruit (as pictured with this product) would simply warm up in there. However, I used the top tray to warm a slice of bread, cut in half, to have with the meal. Perfect!

I got this for my husband for his lunches. He drives a truck for a living and can’t stop for lunches and hates having cold food all the time. He plugs this in while driving and it takes about 30 minutes to heat up then he can have a nice hot meal from home in his truck!

This electric lunch box heats up REALLY well—almost surprisingly hot! It’s perfect for warming up meals quickly and thoroughly. Takes quite a while unless you plug it in directly. Great for on-the-go lunches if you need something powerful.
