Hi, what does it mean by "pretuned"? i didn't know you had to tune a tambourine. thanks!

When purchase a more authentic tambourine you will need to tighten the skin head in the frame in order to play. By tightening the skin head you are tuning the tambourine. The "pretuned" tambourine already comes with the head tightened to the correct pitch level and is unable to be removed. This way you don't have to worry about the tightening process if you don't know how to do it. I hope this helps!

Can this hold up to a cogic praise break?

It has for me! I will say that sometimes the nails get loose and you have to push them back in. However, these are the best ones for a COGIC praise break... I have bought 4-5 and have share with other praises...

Is Fiberskyn synthetic or made with animal products?

Hello there, Fiberskyn is made from an artificial/synthetic material. The main benefits are that it is more durable and will stand up to being played with mallets and sticks better than the animal skin.
