These taste disgusting if you open the capsule but they are great I don’t get nausea from these like I do other magnesium products

I take magnesium regularly for muscle cramps. I started taking these and the first night noticed a change. I couldn't fall asleep, my legs were still crampy and twitchy. After a few nights I discontinued use and went back to my other brand of magnesium. I find it odd as magnesium usually works within and hour of me taking it to relax my restless legs and it also helps me fall asleep. These seemed to have the opposite effect. They are large capsules so you much be ok with swallowing big pills. No smell, taste, or aftertaste with them.
