Great as a gift, or for personal use! They’re the perfect blend of snark and positivity, and I’ve used them with co-workers, friends, kids, etc. Also great as a stocking stuffers! I love that they are printed on thick card stock - they’re clearly high quality.

I am a mental health professional and I love these cards! I’ve used them with clients and in a meeting with other professionals. Everyone loves them! Some days I’ll just draw a card to see what my focus for the day will be. Other times I have clients pick a card that really speaks to them for us to discuss. They are witty, funny, and meaningful.

I opted for these instead of CBT/ACT/DBT decks. I know they're supposed to be cute and fun, but they've been tremendously helpful - for a decent price. The images and short notes are just enough to get your mind focused for the day, without belaboring into an 1-2 hour long journal escapade. (Don't get me wrong; if you need to journal, do so - sometimes we can get so lost in our 'problems' that we forget to take new action towards our goals - today.) I just needed something to keep my mind aligned with purpose for the day, without dwelling on my past. Which, I've already made peace with. :) These are short, sweet and inspiring. I plan to purchase the family and love cards as well.

I love these cards! They are nicely printed on pretty sturdy stock with an almost matte finish. The illustrations are so lovely, with happy characters and pleasing colors. All the text is so positive and encouraging but in a way that's cute and kinda funny. :)The box directs you to shuffle the cards up and draw from the pile, then you read your daily dose of encouragement. But I am opting to peek through them all and hand them out to loved ones with their greeting/xmas cards :) (and definitely keep a favorite or two!)

I love these cards. They are affirmations but not cheesy ones. They are funny and silly which makes reading it enjoyable. I hang one in my bathroom so the whole family can read it while brushing their teeth. And I change it every week. The wording is very casual. Not too serious or corny. There’s different packs. I have this one and the family one. I’m going to get the relationships one next. I really like these cards. They are durable and come in a cool slide box with a ribbon to keep your place where you are in the deck. There’s a lot of cards too. It’s nice to start out the day with something so positive. These really are genius. My teenage daughter has been battling with depression and low self esteem so the fun way they write these is really cool. I’m really glad I came across these. Can’t wait to get them all.

I bought this as a gift for my friend last Christmas. I wish I could've kept it for myself because some of the affirmations were so sweet. A nice gift for someone that needs a little pick-me-up. Cards are good quality as well.

I bought this to give me prompts when writing in my manifestation journal and I love it! It’s a fun deck with wise but humorous advice on every card. I use this multiple times a week!
