Compré estos audífonos para mi madre en el mes de diciembre 2023 y a fines de febrero dejaron de funcionar, prácticamente solo duraron 2 meses. Eso me ha obligado a comprar otro nuevamente, doble gasto !!

Works as advertised. A little fussy adjusting the volume but for the price. It works perfectly fine.

Easy to use. Easy to wear. However, it didn't hold a charge well.

Working great but a month later they are trash.

Ordered these after returning 850.00 prescription ones. I wasn't expecting much. They are great. I can hear everything I need to. Had to play with volume. Took a little bit to get used to it being in my ear. Would buy again.

These hearing aids are well-crafted and remarkably easy to use. They come in a color that closely matches the skin tone, making them inconspicuous when worn. The Mini Completely-in-Canal design allows them to fit snugly in the ear canal, making them nearly invisible, natural, and comfortable to wear. I found them comfortable for extended periods, and they don't cause any discomfort.One of the standout features is their discreet size, smaller than a fingertip, yet they come with a pull string for easy removal. This design feature ensures that you won't feel embarrassed about wearing hearing aids anymore.Charging is convenient, as the storage case not only provides a secure place to keep the hearing aids but also serves as a charging station. This dual function is highly convenient. However, adjusting the volume requires the use of a small screwdriver, and the screws are quite tiny, which can make the adjustment process a bit cumbersome.One drawback I've experienced is that when I take them out of the box or remove them or make adjustments, they emit a high-pitched squeal or buzzing sound, which can be quite loud and startling.

To start with the good: These hearing aids are well made, solid construction, feel sturdy, have a great little charging port, clear concise instructions, and do a good job amplifying sound. In these aspects, I have absolutely no complaints.Unfortunately, none of this matters because actually inserting the device is a huge pain. Literally! It is physically painful! Whenever the hearing aids get close to the ear canal (for insertion) they let out this painful, ear-piercing SHRIEK! Once they’re actually inside the ear it’s fine, but the actual insertion process has to be done super fast, lest you end up with an earful of screeching feedback (and it’s right next to your ear canal, so it’s VERY loud and painful). Woe be to those with poor dexterity.The instruction manual says this screeching feedback is normal and to simply insert the device quickly but: 1. It’s harder than it looks (especially with little air horns shrieking the whole time)2. Hurried frantic movements are NOT what I want to do right next to an organ as sensitive and delicate as my ear.If there was some way to keep the device turned off until it’s inserted, I would have nothing but praise for this product, but as is, the shrieking is too loud and painful for me to use these amplifiers.

The device worked fine for a few days and then it stopped working. For older people it is a bit complicated to use and not very friendly. It makes a high pitched sound when inserting which goes away after some time so you have to put it in fast.
