Damage box
The box arrived damaged, and while the bottle itself wasnโt leaking, it looked like it had been tossed around. For a product that contains liquid, I expected better care in packing. The shampoo seems fine so far, but the poor handling during shipping really affected my overall impression. Please improve packaging in the future!
