Suitable for: vegetarians, vegans, dieters low carbers, ketogenic diets and anyone wishing to meet their recommended 5-a-day vegetables. Not suitable for people with soya allergy though. When you know you have taken this healthy option and saved some calories with this spaghetti you could allow yourself more dietary items you might have been restricting yourself (such as chocolate or dessert)!

Love this spaghetti. High in protein and low in carbs, what's not to like? My wife now prefers this to normal pasta. Will definitely by this again!

So many pasta substitutes aren't nice to eat, but this edamame spaghetti is lovely! It's a replacement for noodles, pasta and sometimes rice. It's quite filling as well, and low carbohydrate.
