Damaged or defective item - The haircut cape umbrella is broken and not working as the picture shows. I demand a complete refund.

I trim my elderly clients hair and he gets agitated with the clippings falling on the regular cape. He brushes it off, gets it all over himself/me and generally makes a mess. This solved the problem. He is happier and more content with this cape that catches all the hair and I am ecstatic that all I have to do is dump it in the bin.

This is such a great idea. No hair on floor or clothing. It has Velcro around the neck and fits any neck size. Just tighten the straps to make it turn up and it catches all the hair. I was truly amazed. What a clean up timesaver.

The silver underside would be great for a rescue blanket. I can literally feel it reflecting 100% of my body heat back to me when I put it on. I'm honestly afraid it will overheat the senior I bought it to use for. I didn't try it until after the return window had closed, or else I'd be giving it back, because it's far too hot on the wearer.

The images suggest that it stays up firmly like an inverted umbrella. It doesn't, only the front and back hold up, kinda, and the sides are all wobbly, very easy to flip back down.Also I don't think you can detach the outter cloth from the inner wire, meaning you can't put it in the washing machine. At least the little manual leaflet thingy doesn't mention a way to detach it.It's okay. Does the job okay, but could be better in every respect.
