Is it 16' or 20'? My frame is 20' and with the roof pitch, the actual tarp needs to be 12'?

Actual tarp is 234”x 133”. It fits a 10’X20’ frame with a 4/12 pitch. Bungee chords hold tarp tight but several inches off the frame.

Is there a warranty??

don't know. It's basically a heavy duty tarp
