New needles should be used each time. This is ridiculous. It should come with new heads

Had to dab the liquid on my face before using the roller n omg it hurts leavin my skin bright red and sore. Had to google how many times aweek to use and it's twice ! Been using it for a few weeks and haven't noticed any different. I'll keep tryin as I've six bottles to go through. Plus I clean the needles as it can't be very hygienic.

This is the worst skincare product you could buy....it should not even be on the market ....do not buy

The media could not be loaded.  Think I’ve set it up right, but no liquid coming through to the needles. Would be a great help if you got instructions

Receive it today, it came quecker then expected, but there is some issue: serum is to thick and its not dripping on the roll, dont know how to use it, should i spread serum on my face and then roll it over, or leave te bottle with conected roller upsidown and wait.. 2 stars
