I’ve had this camera for two years and never have I had a problem with it but recently I couldn’t connect my camera and was having trouble. I emailed the company and they instantly got back with me and my cameras connected again that same day and I haven’t had any more issues. I got this because I'm a care taker and wanted to keep an eye out for them incase they needed help and I wasn't near them. I can say this so far has done exactly what I was hoping for and allowed me to spring into action when I heard some noise then turned on the camera and saw them struggling. I have peace of mind knowing that when I'm not near them I can still keep an eye out to make sure they are OK. Setup was easy, it's discrete and allows multiple cameras to work on one app so you can see several feeds at once. One con I do have is its not good for looking through a window at night. I was hoping to use it to watch my hard but at night the glare from the camera prevents the video from working. Otherwise I'm super happy and would 100% recommend.****update******Had to return, I upgraded my internet to 5g and the devices are only good for 2g signals. Disappointing but it is what it is. Keep that in mind if you buy, long term it may not be realistic.

Aria from customer service helped me answer my doubts about it being wireless as I had the wrong idea of it 🤭🙃. Anyhow with that being said she replied promptly to my inquiry. So Aria, thank you for that. Im regards to the camera I had no issues whatsoever. I have a different one same brand and both work great. I'm definitely gonna buy a few more for my household as they are affordable and work great. One of them I have it in the living room and it does notify me of motion detection right away. The night vision is clear as well. Overall I definitely give this a 5 🌟.

A HUGE SHOUT OUT, to Melody who help me get my security camera back to working .. I moved and the camera was still set up with the old Wi-Fi so I was having a rough time figuring out why I couldn’t set it up and she worked tirelessly to take the time to email me with instructions and was still kind enough to go above and beyond and follow up with to make sure things were working ..
