I have many many cook books, Jamie Oliver, Nigela, Hairy bikers, Madher Jafery etc etc etc but this is easily my new favourite. Very easy and simple recipe's, fantastic food. Just top up your food store cupboard with a couple of easy to find extras and your off, making wonderful, flavorful food.

Love love love, It's got my daughter eating rice again after years of refusing to even try it. Lots of fantastic easy to follow recipes, and the outcome was some amazing tasting food (even with me cooking it).. Excellent food, a fun read too. Would definitely recommend it.

Some really good recipes in this book which I have tried and cant fault them. It also has a wide variety of recipes, Indian, Chinese, Jamaican etc so you do need a lot of different spices to hand. Glad I bought the book as its handy if you want a quick recipe and one that isn't in the usual cook books. Lovey

I love this book. I've made a few of the recipes and they have been easy and clear. I've read them all though and some sound a bit exotic, but actually are really easy to prepare and most items can be easily substituted if not available. I am also looking forward to using new types of rice such as red rice. I've used most before, but not all, & unlike other ingredients, if I buy a bag of red rice, it's not going to go off any time soon, so I don't have to use it all up in a week.My only gripe about this book is that it could do with some ribbon place markers so that I don't have to scrabble around for bits of paper that then fall out, as I tend to make 2 or 3 recipes in one go... but that's just me!

I have all of Nisha’s books and use regularly especially her Mowgli book, sadly this one had to go back as not inspiring at all.

Wow- who knew you could do so much with rice?Have a rice cooker so a great accompaniment to this. So many ideas, I can't wait to get started

Great detailed cookery book if you wish to know more about how to cook rice. I bought for my daughter and she and her partner are happy with the recipes and quality of the book. Came quick delivery and packaged well.

Saw Nisha Katona on Sunday Brunch and thought her food was great. I looked on Amazon and she had rave reviews for her book, so I got a copy. The recipes have been fantastic so far - my family and friends have loved them.
