Does anyone know how many hotdogs you can cook at a time with the rollers and steamer areas?

About 7 or 8 on the roller, and I've had over 16 hotdogs in each of the (2)steamer/boiler which I might add is very convenient. Because some like them on the roller, and some like them steamed/boiled. To speed cooking process on the roller, I've used hotdogs that was in the steamer also.

I lost the roller attachment. Where can I find/purchase another one?
