This product comes in an attractive black glass bottle. The packaging has a very high-end feel to it, and it sort of announces the quality of the product inside. It feels really good in hand. I have taken Omega 3-6-9, and even Omega-7, products for years to try to keep my skin and hair looking healthy and youthful, and for my joints to stay lubricated and FEEL more youthful. This is the first time I have seen typical omega ingredients like flaxseed, evening primrose, and sea buckthorn oil joined by rose extracts and rose water, but you can definitely smell the latter ingredient when you open the bottle. I don't know if the rose water really does anything for you when it's ingested, but it certainly gives this product a glamorous scent. The ingredients are organic, and the pills are fairly large, but they are soft and smooth and relatively easy to swallow. The recommended daily dosage is one softgel. This product is manufactured in a cGMP-certified facility (the FDA's 'current Good Manufacturing Practice') and it is third-party tested. As much as I like this stuff, at $32 for a 30-day supply, I do think it's rather expensive, and I probably won't purchase it again. If, however, your finances are looser than mine, you might really like this product! The quality is definitely there, so it might be worth paying a little more for.

I love Alteya organics beauty products and I was intrigued by this beauty from inside soft gel capsules. They come packed in a nice black glass jar and the capsules have a faint scent of roses. I couldn't resist and punctured a capsule and used a few drops of the rich and delicious scented oil on my face and body. The oil absorbed quickly and was not greasy, leaving my skin soft and moisturized with a nice glow. Alteya Organics Beauty Omega 3,6,7 and 9 with Rose Otto Extracts are easy to swallow and do not cause any stomach upset or trigger any reflux. Fish based omegas often have a bad aftertaste so this is a nice change. I haven't noticed a positive change in my skin or hair but I imagine change from supplements takes time. At $30, the supplement is pricey which is why this is a 4 star vs 5 star rating.

I'm through two-thirds of the bottle and have not seen any improvement in hair, skin, or nails. These are large soft gel pills. They do have a slight rose fragrance. They almost do not fit in an average-size pill box. I had high hopes for this product, because the active ingredients are beneficial, but maybe the concentration is not adequate. I'm not experienced with something like this, so I admit I'm guessing. But the fact remains that this pill--taken once a day--is visually not helping me.

Wonderful product. Since taking them my nails have been looking better too. They're quality supplements and they're easy to swallow.

They are easy to swallow and leave no nasty aftertaste.Overall, I like that they contain quality ingredients, are shelf stable and leave no nasty aftertaste. I am happy to have added this new formulation to my daily health arsenal.

Easy to swallow. USDA organic! No weird smell. Actually, a bit of rose scent and I love it. I recently learned that it is very important to take Omega. I checked my multi vitamin pills nutrition label and realized I need to take additional omega. So far, I’ve taking it this past 10days. I noticed my blood circulates better (no swelling in the morning)Also, my nail is growing fast and thicker.The bottle is made of dark color glass which is necessary to protect pills. The expiration date is far ahead (Feb. 2026)

It's way better than taking your average fishy smelling omega 3 capsules for sure! I was wondering if I'd get rose smelling burps but I did not.There were no issues with the quality of the tablets, I did not experience any broken, damaged or leaking.Overall pretty good so far, aside from the size of the tablet but if you regularly take fish oil tablets, you should be ok with these.
