If it is FLASHING back and forth equal, it needs to be reset. It should be a solid color with a small flash of blue. The pink will be longer.THE PLUG IS NOW SET TO SEND OUT A Wi-Fi SIGNAL. Please understand: the way to connect to the camera is to first connect the phone to the Wifi coming FROM the camera, and then push the regular wifi to the camera.GO TO YOUR PHONE SETTINGS AND LOOK FOR THE Wi-Fi THAT IS A 16 CHARACTER STRING THAT STARTS WITH A CMSxXX-XXXXX-XXX. Did not work and no support, returned
I would recommend not buying this one. Many issues with it: 1) it did not detect SD card, I tried 2 different ones (16gb & 32gb) both working in other devices -- formatting did not work nor did rebooting camera. 2) the app control to turn off the LED does not work. 3) there is no support -- the website for support 'contact us' is blank, i had to google search to find it elsewhere (seach on lizatech support). The support number has no answer, there is not even ringback. The emails I sent remain unanswered. I am putting in for a return.

Garbage!
A worthless product, obviously manufactured and sold at a price point at which the makers hope you won't bother to return it. Something that should be cinch in 2018 is a maddeningly unacceptable cube of plastic. After several attempts, the cam refused to connect to wifi (I wonder if it is even really able to?), had oblique directions, and was not even designed to "work" on a 5G network. The unit was scorchingly hot when removed from power outlet, making me question if it HAD worked, would it have burned my apartment down?I think Amazon has really got to start flagging these one star-reviewed products and purging them from the site. This product was a waste of time, money, energy, resources, and carbon footprint.

Junk. No support, doesn't work, no SD card. Do NOT buy it. I plugged it in so I could sync it with my WIFI. By the time--20 minutes--I unplugged it because it wasn't connecting or anything, it was so hot I thought it was going to catch on fire.DO NOT BUY IT

The product shipped pretty fast. The set up steps are very easy to understand once you download the app. I can't set it up on multiple devices. I'm not sure if that is a feature for this item but as soon as you connect to the cams Wi-Fi from a device the built in cam Wi-Fi disappears from the list. The only way to add it to another device is it reset it and start the steps over. I have yet been able to get the audio/microphone to work or the LED light to stay off permanently. It seems to go off and on as it pleases. The amount of area the camera covers is pretty good and the 1080p picture quality is always good; clear. I don't have a SD card inserted so the motion detector doesn't always take the screen/video shots. I suggest to purchase the item when it's on sale, good product but over priced.

Never could get it to work, I think it is specifically for a slower MPS internet then what is normally available, could not get it to work manually either, and bought a chip for it

Not sure why the other folks had so many issues, the software setup was easy, it found the Wifi quickly. Actually this camera setup easier than the other 5 I have tried over the last year. I’m looking to see if they have a black unit, so far so good with this camera. Color was very good, picture is very clear!

Great little hidden camera
Bought this from Woot as one of their deals and I set it up and put in a micro SD card in the back. Seems to work well. I've only had it for a few days, but quality seems good.
