Dont have wifi support
Good but cant connect to hotspot with wifi adaptor for make it Online!Hikvision support tell that this model dont have software update for wifi adapter. Got it at 4270 8 channel eDVR

Quality of the product
Please dont purchase hik vison item, they are not providing support if u buy through amazon. We have to approach to the dealer for claiming warranty. In my case the dealer is in other state. Then how can we claim the warranty. More over, its hard disk gone faulty with in 5 monts. So it is good to stay away from this type of company(hik vision) and the dealer appario retail pvt ltd also could not resolve this issue.But Amazon provided ful refund of this item. I am happy with customer care of Amazon. Thanks amazon for ur caring.
