Looks good, works well

The design and style was just what I needed for a free standing bath. Easy to fit and worked a treat up until the temperature control knob / handle broke. Not funny (or safe) if you’ve just turned it to a high temperature and then can’t turn it back especially if you are in a bath and the on / off tap is the other side of the steaming hot jet of water. Read up on other reviews and seems to be a common issue. Luckily it broke within the return period so can at least get my money back on the item but not on the time and cost to remedy. Just found the original product box and it reminded me that it came open, not sealed at all, not in any other packaging, and just an address label on the outside of the product box. At the time I was surprised anything was left in the box. That’s an Amazon issue not a product issue.

Really disappointed. Not even 5 months old yet and we have had to replace this item. The left hand temperature knob came loose, it clicks when turned and had a visible gap between it and the main tap unit. It was not repairable. Won’t order again

So far so good. A dream to install. Just don't forget to replace the fibre washers onto the water supply end. Everything looks and feels solid. Very happy with the product.

I renovated the whole house and bought this bath tap for our bath. I just moved in and within five days of use, water-flow control cover comes off broken. It is made of cheap plastic and it is shame it didn't even last for a month.

I have free hot water so using this mixer tap to feed my dishwasher and washing machine has significantly cut my electricity bill. When I had a problem the company diagnosed the fault from my e-mail and sent easy to follow instructions with pictures, showing how to sort it out.

Initially quite impressed, but very disappointed when it seized up so you now can't turn the temperature down below 30 degrees.
