Wine bag was busted and mold was on the inside top
When I opened the box I took the juice bag out and I noticed it was a sticky purple area on the side of the box on the inside. I rinsed the bag off only to discover there was a area on the juice bag that looked like it had been glued! I opened the juice and made another discover that the inside top was molded !!! So there is no replacement I had to wait for a refund

Poor fermentation
I was hoping this batch would turn out as well as it's ratings indicated, but I'm a little disappointed. This batch started to ferment slow and never seemed to gain momentum. I've made numerous batches of wine, everything from White, Pinot, Zinfandel and Gewurztraminer, but this one was by far the weakest and I believe it was due to the poor fermentation. The yeast had a good date on it, but it just never took off. According to my readings I may only have an alcohol level of about 2.5%. :(
