Very simple setup simply plug and play on top of entrance door especially good for retail or small business arrangments. My old unit stopped working so replaced it with 1000A series Reciever but its not Compatible with 1000 series transmitter so end up replacing both by Rodann.>>if new into this system you need to buy combo (Transmitter & Reciever both 1000A) . The receiver can be installed on top of the entrance door, can simply hang it two simple screws -no tech experience needed -and Transmitter can be plugged in the back office .it dings when someone open door where the entrance Transmitter is attached.

Battery power last a long time. Very happy.

Product works exactly as expected. Looked up a YouTube video for this to understand installation and sound of door chime. Worked perfectly. We have our receiver about 150' from the door and no problems.

I have had these units installed for one week and already have them failing due to the battery life

our transmitter stopped working so i re ordered a replacement. came quickley,its plug and play, we put batteries in and it worked right away.its even louder, so we can hear the bell better if we're in back of store.

We purchased this for our cafe to alert staff in back during slow times. We plugged it into a timer so it shuts off between 11:30 am - 1:30 pm (lunch rush), which works great. To put in the battery you separate the unit and plug in a 9v battery. When you put the halves back together the battery interferes with the latching mechanism, so it was necessary to use a screwdriver to manipulate one side. No problem, but eventually doing this will break the plastic casing when replacing the battery. Otherwise it works as advertised.
