We are very pleased after using this for a few weeks. It looks nice and works very well. Install was straight forward except that the "C" shaped threaded ring that mounts it was a loose, sloppy fit. After reading other reviews that had problems with that aspect, I crushed the "C" closed a bit in my vise to make it fit more closely. That seemed to work well, but after removing the old faucet, I found that the clamp ring on it was a perfect on this faucet, so I re-used that one instead.The other reason for less than 5 stars is that I found that the aerator is not removeable, so if you have hard water, it will be difficult to clean. I verified this with Keer tech support.It had a glitch once when triggering the sensor rapidly several times in a row (less than one second). The sensor quit working, but unplugging it from the battery box, cleared the problem and it has not happened again.

this just proves once again that we have been paying way to much for stuff our whole lives. This a quality piece. Perfect finish, all parts are of good quality, well packed and for 1/3 the cost of a name brand. This costs almost $300..00 dollars at Lowes. So you keep buying the Snap -On tools of faucets and pissing away your money. I`ll stick with this.

The media could not be loaded.  It works very well and has nice water pressure. 2 things I wish there was a kit to convert the power supply to an outlet instead of batteries all the time.Also I wish it could turn on without the handle in the on position.Otherwise great item if anything crazy happens I will update the comments.

This faucet was super easy to install and is the same quality as much more expensive name brand faucets. Very well designed. Highly recommend.

The media could not be loaded.  We’re replacing our countertops in the next 6-8 months so I didn’t want to spend a ton on a new faucet given it may not fit when we replace the sink. I wanted to try out the touch less feature and this faucet was the right price. The installation was easy (although the instructions were lacking). It’s pretty straight forward. We attached this to the builder grade stainless steel sink and it’s a little wobbly so going to try a different face plate, but I think it would do great on a thicker countertop. So far, I LOVE THIS SINK and I’m impressed with the quality. I’ll update if anything changes. I do have some concerns it’ll leak as you have to leave the faucet handle in the ‘on’ position for the touch less to work.

We got this faucet from this company because we loved the other one we had, also from this company, that also stopped functioning. We love the finish and the look. We had two different Plummer’s come out and tell us it was the faucet. It was a year old and just stop running. Something wouldn’t let the water out. We purchased another one and here we are less than a month later with the same issue. Of course we’re 10 days passed return window, so I’m going to have to buy another one. The pressure is shaky and eventually it will stop running. Pressure is good every where else and under the sink when we shoot the water into a bucket. It the quality of the sink and it’s not good.
