I have always wanted a wool cape from Ireland and was not disappointed. The cape fits well-love the scarf for the head or just for warmth around the neck..cape is soft and warm and delivers.. The coat was not warm enough. More like a Fall jacket.

Since I had already purchased the black Irish walking cape in the same size I assumed this one would be the same fabric and quality. It is not, although this one is also labeled Medium it is smaller than the black one, shorter to the waist. The fabric is rough to the touch, the scarf is too short. One would think that a Medium is a Medium but not in this case.

This is handsome, lightweight but warm, and a thoroughly quality-made product. It’s a great piece for wearing over bulky sweaters or blazers that have sleeves that are difficult to stuff into a regular coat. Fantastic for travel; you can use it as a blanket to nap under comfortably on the plane. The scarf attaches to the back of the neckline with three leather-covered buttons and can be jauntily worn as shown or pulled up as a hood. This is my go-to autumn coat.

Warm and beautiful. Not as thick or heavy as I thought it would be, but still warm. It's a little short on me, but I am also a size or two larger than the recommended size range. I love that the scarf is attached with 3 buttons and can function as a good if needed.

Beautiful, extremely soft and wonderfully constructed! I can't imagine anyone being disappointed in this purchase. Well worth the expense!

I did not think it was worth the money . Did not like the fabric and the finish detail was very cheaply done , especially for the price !! I saw much nicer o es in Ireland and less expensive . Was very disappointed in the garment !
