Yes but not much room to spare. They are pretty big. Room if you take the back seats out though

I would expect it could handle nearly 45°. I don’t rock crawl, but even with these tilting slides, I would expect I it to handle a good bit of lean.

Will it automatically switch from ac to dc if both plugs are connected and ac power is lost? and switch back when power is restored?

Yes it will switch back and forth. If 110v is available it will run off that then if it drops 110v it will switch to dc 12v then back to 110 ac volts once 110 is restored
