It definitely works, but this is not a 30 day supply. I've only got 23 days worth and I've bought it several times so it's consistently short on doses.

I have used plenty of Mary Ruth brand supplements and they are by far my favorite brand. These probiotics are great and I love that they are vegan and soy free. They have a very high dose of probiotic and I notice a difference when taking these, especially compared to other brands. I am much more regular on these with less time spent in the bathroom. I haven’t noticed less gas or bloat but they do make me feel better with no side effects.

First, the container is extremely small for the price. The scoop is tiny, yet it's difficult to get this disgusting mixture down. It doesn't mix well, leaving residue. It tasted like sewer water. Perhaps I feel better when I take it, but it's such a chore that I skip it. Don't waste your money on this one.Quarter and dime shown to compare size.

The cost is outrageous considering the unbelievable tiny amount of product is in the container -bottom of the container is barely covered with the powder!!!

I have used this product for well over a week now in place of my normal probiotic. It has more billions than my normal and the same strains, so I thought it would be better. I have tried so many different probiotics, brands, etc. over the years, and thought I won the motherload. WRONG! I have the opposite of what I anticipated. I gave it over a week to get used to it, took it every day, and had worse discomfort and effects than ever before. Even worse than going without. My lord, I could win a contest with the amount of wind I experienced. Severe bloating, etc. Not a fan, especially for the price. I will be going back to my previous probiotic.

I can’t say that I really see a difference. But to pay $44. And get a dusting at the bottom of a average size container.this container is brand new. Definitely disappointed. At least fill half way. Less then a half an inch of powder.
