This is now switch No5 and works like a dream, As mentioned in previous reviews, please ensure you have a neutral at the point of installation, as this item will not work without it. And box depth will need to be adequate. Installation was a breeze, and very responsive when pairing with the jinvoo app, and you can name the switch at this point. The jinvoo app will switch light on, then run Alexa discovery, then all done. I have installed 1 single gang and 2 double gang, all working fine. Very pleased with the quality of my purchase, and would recommend.

Was a 3 star rating to begin with... lights alot dimmer with this switch, put the old switch back on a instant brightness... That was the first thing... After that I then set up the device, the lights were nice and steady and then it says it has a firmware update... No worries, complete the update and then the disco starts, I'm talking full on 1970's Super Trouper lighting!! I'm left somewhat dismayed and upset at going for a cheaper version of better known brands. I personally, would avoid this!

Looks good but does not work. Discription about neutral wire left out. Only when arrived its on box.

I have several Jinvoo-based switches in various locations. WiFi signal range is good, connecting is a doddle - and recently the Jinvoo app has been given a complete makeover. That app is now up among the better ones for hub-free automation.Don't forget you need a neutral wire - won't work at all without.

fitted light switch had to run a separate neutral cable no problems switch worked as it should have Unfortunately after one month the blue off led went off still worked month later it has ceased to work completely, its the summer and has hardly been used would not buy again

Simple to install and use. Alexa no can switches. Please note you need a neutral connection which makes it generally unsuitable for light switch replacement
