are these delivered in packaging to keep them from melting?

I received mine today, in 90 degree Texas weather. All of the bags were 25% melted solid block. The part of the bag mostly to the outside edges of the box, was melted. It only came wrapped with air cushioning. Nothing to keep it cold.
