They feel great, it is almost as if you don't have them on. I have worn them for two weeks, washing, wearing and they keep well after each wash. The only problem is the run big. If you buy them get them one size small for a snug comfortable fit.

What these are best for is as an enclosure for depends or similar product. Holds the "diaper" in place, blocks much of the liquid and they look good hiding the white absorber below. Wash out easily. Long Lasting, and they work.

I bought these based on the rating and the description here on Amazon. I expect it for the dollar amount to be able to have a product that will last. To my surprise it didn’t take long at all before the fabric right behind the padded area began to get a hole and then open up completely. This was a complete waste of money and time and I am truly sorry I ever experienced this product. Please don’t even consider this. Spend your money elsewhere. Thank you. Very unsatisfied customer

Very comfortable. Unfortunately for me there is no padding below the front. The results were a leak. They are well made. A little extra length of padding and they would be 5 star.

The underwear works well. It’s weird, sometimes when I’m having drinks, I have a spasm blurting small drops of urine that shows a spot on your pants. Also, who wants to piss their pants ? Nobody ! This is an answer for your dignity. The internal pad absorbs and it’s not wet feel. Try one and experiment.
