Is this allowed on international flights?

Although we haven't traveled with it internationally, we've traveled with it many times on domestic flights and some of the planes were on the smaller side so we just stored it underneath the seat in front of us (by our feet) with no issues at all. International flights usually have larger planes so you should be able to store it overhead. I don't see any reason you couldn't use it for an int. flight.

For those who own one....would it look ridiculous if used for my son’s school book pack?

I agree with previous response, it’s too big for school book bag/pack...it would look like you ate bringing a big toy to school.

Is it too small for a 6 year old to ride, she’s approx. 42”

She should be able to ride on it.
