As you can see from my title, this is the fourth bottle I’ve bought, which means it’s the fourth month I’ve been using it. I don’t know if my hair has been growing, but my nails certainly have been growing out of this world. I like it that it’s a multivitamin as well. I’ve also suggested it to my mother who’s using it. Needless to say, I’ll buy it next month as well.

I would buy this product 100 times over. I am on a GLP1 and was loosing hands full of hair in the shower. I started taking this and know I barley lose any hair anymore. The flavor is not terrible and I love that it is a liquid.

I’ve only taken two doses. So I can’t rate the efficacy of this product but I will say it absolutely has to work because it is so disturbingly disgusting. I can not believe more people do not mention how awful it tastes. Prior to this I was taking the hair growth formula by Spoiled Child. Which tastes delicious. It’s more expensive and I didn’t feel like I was seeing any results, so I dropped my subscription and moved on to Mary Ruth. But taking this everyday is gonna be tough. I’ll update if/when I see any results.

If you have thinning hair, then you need to use this product. I mix it with water in the AM. The taste is not bad at all, I just chug it down because the benefits outweigh the taste. This stuff is phenomenal. My hairdresser even noticed the new growth. Of course like all things it is not going to happen overnight, I have used this product now for @ 6 months. You will see results well into the 2nd month using it daily. I will be very upset if this product is ever discontinued. I am a fan for life.

The taste is pretty awful but it's the best supplement i've used for hair growth EVER. And I've used a lot. I've gotten "used" to the taste now and the benefits far outweigh the taste for me. Takes probably 2 months of every day use to see results

The product itself is great. A few years ago, a friend purchased for me to try after childbirth and it worked so well I purchased another. I took a break after seeing the results I wanted. Now a year and half later, I purchase again and the bottle is so light I had to check to make sure the seal was in tact. They’ve drastically reduced how much they give you in the same size bottle. I’m hoping the formula is still the same. For the price (even with a subscription) I’m a little disappointed. You can see in the picture where the level is. Insane.

I quickly saw positive results from this product. My hair is stronger, not falling out /thicker. And my fingernails stopped peeling to a great degree!
