8 Site Aeroponic Plant Cloner - Clone Bucket 1.0 SM 8 site From Hydro West

Aggravated for a couple of reasons. Ad was a tad misleading on size, but to be honest, its on me as I didn't read all fine print. Have never been able to get cuts up in this thing as the pump will not stay level connected to bottom of bucket. Have had 4 diff experience folks try it and no luck. Its made for super small cuts, but that is a design flaw in using that kind of pump with sprayer. Need to have a mount on the bucket and a super mister connected to pump, not a sprinkler. Very disappointed. Then to find out its cheaper on the company website. Thumbs down. Don't bother. Get a 36 or 48 real cloner if not just using cups and mix.

I've had this thing for a while now it's my first time using a cloner and so far every single thing that I put inside of it roots. Even cuttings that I think okay this is not going to take root ends up proving me wrong. I just had to come right a review and say wow the damn thing works. Cuttings root fast the sample of nutrients, cloning gel and reservoir cleaner that comes with it works I even tried it in a DWC and the plants look healthy. I make a 1 gallon batch of the nutrients I fill up the cloner with about half of the gallon and save what's left to top off the water level as it slowly lowers over the next few weeks. Plants grow roots are pure white healthy couldn't ask for more. With the 8 site cloner plenty of room for clones to root and grow for a few weeks before needing transplanted. The only problem I have with mine is the water pump likes to tip over when you first put it in the bucket. Takes a few days of constantly opening the cloner to stand it up and suction cup it back to the bottom for it to eventually stay suction cup to the bottom and stand up on its own.

I bought this because I had a couple plants that were hard to clone. After 5 days of having a cutting in the bucket it has a root ball easily as big as the cutting itself. People are rating this low because the sprayer doesn't spray up at the plants but you don't want it to. If you fully submerge the pump AND spray head it will create bubbles and keep the cuttings wet which is all you need. Follow the directions for the nutrients and you will have no issue

Listen, I don't know what the folks on here giving bad reviews are doing wrong but this thing rocks!! Whether it's the bucket, the compound and nutes or a combination of them both in 6 days my clones are LOADED with 1/2" to 3/4" roots! I mean loaded, never saw anything like it so quickly! Glad I bought it 150%!! Ok for all the skeptics I added a picture at 10 days..

Just got it today and this thing is like maybe a gallon or 1.5 gallon. very ,very small. Should have paid more attention, from the picture I thought it would be at least a 3 gallon, my fault for not doing more research. I gave it 2 stars because of the size. Once I try it and see if it works I will come back and adjust my rating accordingly.

After having trouble cloning with humidity domes I wanted to try this. Wow am I glad I did. I ran a test with my first batch. Followed all instructions that came with purchase.I dipped 4 clones in the rooting hormone. And 4 clones not dipped, just cut and put in cloner.At exactly 7 days I had healthy roots growing on all 8 clones. In fact they are going on 2 weeks in cloner now growing on same batch of water they started with. Very impressed and highly recommend!

I planted two plants. I check them after 5 days; nothing. Then I checked them again at 2 weeks and the roots are massive. I was worried when I read the reviews, then again when I saw how it shoots water out like a water gun instead of misting. Luckily it turns out it's an excellent product and easy to to use. If you're looking to close some plants every now and again then this product is for you.

spray head is useless, spraying water in a stream to splash against the side of the bucket and hoping for roots is not an aeroponic cloner. Manufacturer should replace the spray head for a mister, or at least include one. I have wasted my time with this and recommend others to find a misting unit. After ten days in the unit, my plants still haven't developed a hint of a root, I had better luck with the humidity dome method, now I have lost the cuttings, time and money to keep the unit operating.Update: After speaking to the manufacturer, I decided to let the unit run one more week and boy, was I surprised. I had great looking roots and a 100% success rate. The roots it developed were much stronger than the roots developed in a humidity dome, the plants are thriving. I now take back my original review in place of a much more respectable one.
