Sexy chair, sleek, soft, so comfortable. Reclines easily and stays in place where you want to recline. Foot rest could definitely have you napping by noon. So easy to put together that he didn't even need my help. Video instructions were helpful for sure. Either way quick and easy. Comes with extra screws incase you lose something. Quality of the chair overall is excellent. I would recommend this for any big and tall guy. Good for people whom need back support as well. Well worth the money. It performs as advertised not like some others that don't actually recline. Heck this will even rock if you like. So far we love this chair. I posted pic of our old white office chair that is also excellent quality but for comparison on the size difference. Big and tall this is the way to go!!

Assembly is straight forward and a decent tool is provided. It is a bit firm in the seat but armrests are soft. Lumbar support is decent. Brown color is very classy. Keep in mind there is a lever below the seat that locks the back into place. High back is very nice!

I’m not sure if this chair is real leather or pleather. Nevertheless, it feels like real leather. It is soft and supple. The cushioning is great. Also, I love the leg rest. It conveniently folds up and stores beneath the seat. And it is unnoticeable. Also I like the seatback adjustment. It lays back to almost a horizontal position so that I can stare at the ceiling.The wheels are nice in the wheel legs are made of solid steel.It was easy to put together. I found a couple of YouTube videos so I didn’t have to follow the instruction manual.

Decently pleased with this chair. Looks nice, comfort is a 7/10. Not plush, but seems like a durable cushion. Back support is adequate. Easy to build out of the box, even comes with a few extra bolts in case of a quality issue.I hope the back locking mechanism stays strong over the next few years. There’s no spring or tensioner to adjust for the leaning back resistance. Instead it’s a lock in place lever.I’m 6’2” and 230 lbs, I’m happy with its dimensions. I wasn’t expecting too much with the leg rest but it’s actually pretty nice. A little narrow, but it turns the office chair into a kind of Lazy boy.All in all I give it a 8/10 rating. Would recommend. Decent chair for a decent price.

I had the same Herman Miller or 20 years and needed to replace it finally. This one is great - I'm not big and tall but I like to have some room to sit cross-legged and stretch out my legs. This is a great option! I got the black and it looks like a Rolls Royce car seat. The bum is cushy and the arm rests and nice and plump. Excellent buy! Hopefully it lasts a long time.

I'm somewhere above the size of an average person but well below a lot of the big and tall chairs -- so I usually opt for office furniture designed for larger people because of how long I sit during remote work. Anything labeled otherwise is very slightly too thin for my middle of the road weight. This chair is the most comfortable piece of office furniture under 200 dollars I've ever had the pleasure to sit in or on. It was shockingly simple to assemble and even despite it being a leather-like material, not unpleasant to sit in even during a terribly humid, Maine summer day. I purchased this Office Chair 9 months ago. The chair looks great and is comfortable - I am 6'2" and the chair works wonderfly for a big guy like me. About a month ago, the backrest started failing and would not stay upright. I went back to my original order and noticed there was a 1-year warranty so I reached out to BestEra for help. After I explained the issue to them, they issued me a full refund for my purchase, and I am now buying the same chair today to replace my current one. I got this so I could sleep at my WFH desk and work on things late at night. The footrest is okay, but expect your legs to stretch a little if you use it for extended periods. The padding is more firm than I was expecting, but a pillow or two actually makes a world of difference. It can get really comfortable with some bed pillows where you need them.Other than that, this is pretty good! The recline feature works well, and the footrest keeps your feet up, though don't beat it up. If you're leaning back a lot, bring a pillow with you for better neck support. It looks great too. I was not expecting how much it would class-up my WFH office. Very nice. I'm not sure how long the pleather is going to last, but if I get a couple years out of it, it'll be money well-spent.
