I talked to a woman in a shopping centre who was selling pillows like this for £80. I came home and found this on Amazon and thought at £30 it was worth a try. I have started sleeping on my back and so far I think this is better for my neck and posture (though it is hard to measure and must vary person to person). I have also cut away the foam (with sharp scissors) to make the neck pad a bit lower. This is easy to do, but obviously if you cut too much you can’t put it back. Still, I think this pillow is good quality and well-made if you want to try this style.

This pillow was for my wife, and she considers that "it is definitely working. Best support and comfort for neck and head, for all positions. I am using the low side of the pillow. After a lifetime of neck and shoulder pain, struggling to find the right pillow and swapping between three pillows every night, I felt like sleeping on a cloud, with firm but light support in any position. I don't expect that a pillow, any pillow, would fix my skeletal issues and pains, as I have a short neck and rounded shoulders rolling forward and I always struggled with maintaining a straight posture, but I am happy that I can get a restful and comfortable sleep at night - best sleep ever. After a few weeks of using it, I would say that my neck is in the process of returning to a more healthy and elongated posture, with more space between my vertebrae, but that would take some time to train, I guess.

I have hEDS and struggle with neck instability - this pillow has allowed me to sleep deeply and comfortably for the first time in years. It’s firm but comfortable, and let’s you move your arms around or underneath it without causing issues. I’m ordering a second one to keep at my parents house for when I go for trips back there

I’ve had arthritic neck pain for ages, just getting worse & worse. I thought I’d try this pillow, and just over 4 weeks later, my neck is miles less sore. Really quite amazing how much better! Pillow is really supportive, and much cooler than any previous pillow, so my hair is actually tidy in the morning, rather than the complete mess I’ve known all my life (shall we say I’m somewhere north of 65). Delighted with this pillow.

If you were to believe what was written in the product specs before I bought it, this pillow ticks all the boxes. But all these claims of this and that, 5 degrees Celsius lower temperature etc are actually baseless and untrue.Pillow is really hot as it is memory foam. Some pillow case covering does not drop the temperature by 5 degrees. My face is roasting on it compared to my latex dunlopillo. All those nice pics about cooling are just that, pictures. There is no basis in reality.Its way too small, and the height is way too low. I needed a second pillow under it to prop it to anything close to supporting my head and neck in a correct position. And that is with the insert in it. So thin and small would best describe this.The smell of chemicals not great either. "No chemicals contain" is states in suspect english with broad stroke of a claim. Well if there was no chemicals, there would be no pillow. It follows up by saying to air out the pillow "near an open window for 3-7 days". You will get the drift.

I bought this item because i couldn’t seem to sleep with normal pillows, since using this pillow my neck does not hurt, I was getting pains in my neck and shoulders, but now I manage to get a good nights sleep no neck/shoulder pain, I’m thinking of buying another to gift a friend. I wholly recommend this product.

The pillow provides good neck support and helps with stiffness. However, it had a strong, funny smell initially, which took days to fade. It's also quite firm, which might not suit everyone. Mixed feelings overall, but it might work well for those who prefer firm support.

Great pillow comfortable .I'm sure it's helped reduce some of the pain in my neck.
