They are firm enough without being hard. Soft enough without being smooshy. Easily to fluff but that's rarely needed.Perfect support for my head and neck which is great for me bc of my frequent migraines. I've bought many pillows that fail quickly; not so with these!I don't think I'll ever need to used the extra fill provided so I may make a travel pillow.

I have neck issues and have tried a million pillows. I love love love this one. You can adjust the filling so it really is customized to your needs and it comes with extra filling in case you need more. I cannot express how much I love this thing.

I’ve been attached to my old pillow for years. I tried it without the extra filling first, and that was nice but it wasn’t enough for me. The extra didn’t seem like a lot, but it ended up being perfect. My pillow has the perfect amount of support now, always stays cool, and doesn’t go completely flat like some memory foam does. It doesn’t have the “sinking” feeling, which is what I was looking for

An actual firm pillow instead of just claiming to be firm. The quality of this pillow is amazing! I've shopped plenty of "firm" pillows from other stores that ended up being anything but firm. Those pillows immediately sunk in on the very first touch when I laid down.This pillow actually had the functionality of holding up under my head without immediately going flat. The cooling and color is nice with the added bonus of extra filling that you can use at your discretion. I barely used 10% from the bag of extra filling and the pillow is already more than enough.This is the quality firm pillow you want if you're shopping around for an actual firm pillow!

It took some adjustment amd trials to get the right amount of filling for me and my bf, but once we hit the sweet spot the pillow offers support, but still feels soft and comfy

This thing is amazing, I slept for 10 hours the first time I used it!!! The size is big and I never feel like I’m sinking in.

I thought an adjustable pillow would be the ideal solution for finding a pillow that would be the right firmness and height for me but I have not been able to get this to work for me. I adjust the foam, try it out, think it'll work and go to bed then find that the foam moves around a lot at night so I'm sleeping on a thin amount, or maybe it's sunken since it's memory foam but the rest of it moves toward the top of the pillow and pushes down on my head. I wanted this to work, but I'm still shopping for a better pillow.
