This is a very sturdy and high quality house. I got this for my 9yr old daughter as a Christmas gift and she loves it. It's the perfect size for the OMG/Tween LOL brand dolls (as one would expect).The furniture it comes with is absolutely ADORABLE. It has little spoons and food items for the kitchen and fridge.Now, onto the assembly, as this was something I was very anxious and nervous about going in. I'm a single mom, so the fact that I successfully built this house without any outside assistance is something I'm very proud of. It's challenging, mostly because it's hard to tell from the instructions which boards face what direction. I had to redo the bottom main two boards three times before I got them all facing the correct direction. However, I was able to put this together on my own and I did NOT have to use the drill (although I had one on hand incase I needed it). But I don't recommend using a powedrill. I was able to assemble this just fine with a regular screwdriver.In short: This house is beautiful, and yes it's a project putting it together but I've assembled race tracks for my son equally as confusing. It's time consuming, but the great thing is that once assembled it is very stable and won't need any maintence.

I was debating between this dollhouse and the Barbie dream house. I’m glad I chose this! It took 2 people about an hour to put together, and following the directions wasn’t too difficult. The structure is very sturdy! And the house is tall and big! My 5yo can be a bit rough (leaning her weight on it, putting her foot down the slide, etc). And after a month, it’s just as sturdy as ever! Pretty heavy and not super mobile, but that’s what I was looking for. Definitely worth the price

It took a while to set up, but was worth it. Its big, sturdy, and she loves it. Its probably 1 inch shorter than her which she loves so much. Great buy.

Worth the money my daughter has been wanting this doll house for about a year now, i finally bought it after going through 2 barbie houses that didnt last long, i will say the quality of this doll house is a 10 out of 10 it was pretty easy to put together (did it by myself). Doll house is very sturdy. It is a decent size. Comes with alot of accessories all furniture although i feel they should of added a doll. The lighting in the house is good. The colors are bright and cute.

It's bigger than I thought. It is nice quality and sturdy. My 6 and 9 year old girls loved it. Most of those accessories came with. Definitely worth the price. It took about 2 hours to assemble.

Great and sturdy dollhouse. Takes time to put together but worth the effort.

This was the hit of Christmas for my Goddaughters. They loved everything about this huge dollhouse. They were so excited and it provided every emotion and face that Godparents want to experience from children on that day. First off this house is not for the faint of heart. You have to have your mind ready to set it up. Once it is done, sit back and enjoy. The dollhouse is sturdy and filled with details that keep the girls captivated. The slide is a particular favorite. The girls have placed their dolls in the house and have fun for hours.

When the box arrived the girls were like piranha swirling around awaiting the unbox. Unfortunately it had to be constructed using instructions that were somewhat head scratching and only decipherable with a lot of mental focus (minus 1-star). Took about 40 min to construct and now days if not weeks and years of fun for the kids. The older girls have their Barbie play houses but LOL is now their favorite. Last comment is that the box delivered is heavy to lift.
