Q: Can this be returned if size isnt right?

yes i returned mine bc the color is super dull

Q: What happens when you sleep with it on or bathe with it on?

I wore mine in my upper ear cartilage for several months without taking it out. The rose gold plating eventually wore off, so the hoop is now silver, but the opal segment has remained intact.

Q: for the people that had this for 1+ year, does the stones stay in tact or has it fallen out?

i didn’t wear it at all the color is super dull i retuned it without wearing i’m not sure if it would “stay in”
