Bought to replace a cheaper version which I'd dropped on the floor and knocked a big chunk of the enamel off. I'm not (intentionally) trying that with the new one, but it does look and feel quite robust. Having seen dire reviews for other products, I decided it would be wise to invest in what appears to be a good quality item. So far, it's great. Time will tell - the cheap one lasted 20 years before I ruined it!

I have been using Falcon products for years and have never been disappointed. As long as you take a little care not to chip the enamel they will last a lifetime.

Two attempts with both being damaged.
I ordered this. It arrived with large damage to the enamel base. I then ordered another to replace it and the second arrived with damage to one of the handles. Sadly as another review stated, I believe this must be seconds as the quality of the two I received was poor. I might be ok with that if they reduced the price and explained there may be damage. I’m now looking else where to buy a decent colander.It shouldn’t be this much hassle to buy a colander.

Sent back as it was dented. However found another cheaper one in highstreet shop for a lot cheaper
