Very good product - does what it says - when you ...
Very good product - does what it says - when you position the PIR's correctly!!!This is very much a trial and error task to find the optimum position.Not the fault of the device.

Not as advertised and poor follow up service
This was advertised as coming with two remotes. Only one was provided so I posted a one star review. Easy Alarms contacted me and advised that it was an Amazon issue and very kindly agreed to send me the extra remote - this looked like excellent service and the original review was removed. However this seemingly excellent service did not turn out to be the case as the remote provided did not work and my several e mails to Easy Alarms, who originally were all help, have not been replied to . So, it remains that I have an alarm with only one (working) remote which is not what was advertised, not what I paid for and of limited use to me.

Wish I had read the reviews. No ac/dc power plug sent with the product, to be fair it doesn't state it in the description. So I'll purchase one, in hope it'll fit the port on the receiver and I hope it will boost range distance because at present it's not receiving the pir which is in my stone barn 4 metres away. Probably ideal for a shed from BnQ that's wood.Update doesn't work with pir at all. Tried all ways. Avoid

Easy Alarms contacted 4 times by email since July 26 ...
Remote controls missing from the package , Easy Alarms contacted 4 times by email since July 26 and still no remote received. Note that without the remote the alarms cannot be set up and are therefore useless.
