I didn't do my homework. This is a passive tracker, not real time and they don't hide that. I was more interested in an active tracking device, and they have one of those too. Much more money of course.

Wish I could return them
If your looking for a product with zero battery life and software that you need a nasa degree then this is it. All I wanted was a simple devise to track my kids speed. This unit is meant to use on a person for a day or to and then to see what they did is a whole long procedure.
