Just what was needed
Just what was required now I’m wearing glasses at work, on and off then locating the glasses again was always a task. Not now.

Useful if you need glasses for closework.
After cataract ops I am now long sighted, so need to put glasses on and off in shops to read labels. That's when I drop my glasses! And that where these are come in handy. They won't fit all earpieces, and the rubbers eventually break, but I consider them as consumables. Recommended.

Go Grip spec cord the best
Purchased the Go grip original as all the other types just slide up the arms, but not the go grip, it stays where you put it. Worth paying the extra for.

Best of a bad bunch
My glasses cords get heavy use - I wear them all the time, and when I'm working on the land or in the workshop, the cords often get snagged on branches, tools, whatever. So in the last 20 years I've got through lots of cords, and I've tried all sorts. Elasticated cords used to last longest (because the elastic aborbs some of the shock when the cord is pulled), but I can't find those now, except with those flimsy rubber loops with the little metal spirals that *always* open up, so that your spectacles fall out and end up on the ground, and sometimes under your shoe. I found that most types of cords tend to slip so that you have to keep pushing the ends back up the frame, which is a nuisance.I started using GoGrips a couple of years ago, and at least they don't slip. However the rubber ends do split after a while - the shortest-lasting was a couple of months, the longest lasted nine months before giving up the ghost. But I'm resigned to that - I accept that I'll get through two of them every year, and I just count it in as part of the cost of wearing glasses.

Basic and useful
Slightly fiddly to put on and take off, but you're not going to need to do that often anyway. Dayglo yellow makes glasses easier to spot if you've left them lying around. Generally just a handy thing to have if, like me, you need multiple pairs of glasses, or glasses over contact lenses.
