My order was estimated to arrive between the 3-5 of May and I received it on the 2nd so it came a day earlier than expected. I was already really pleased with the customer service when I was sending my photo and message, I got a helpful and friendly response almost immediately. So when my package arrived today I was absolutely amazed and I couldn’t have been happier... or so I thought. When I opened my package I found it wrapped very well, I especially liked the little custom sticker that kept the bubble wrap together. When I pulled out the bracelet I was honestly not expecting it to be as brilliant as it was. The photo I sent in was slightly blurry and I was worried it might not translate well through engraving despite the seller reassuring me that it would be fine. The message on the back of my bracelet worked out perfectly and the photo just looks amazing. I cried when I saw it so I know my mum will too when she opens this on her birthday next week.I just want to say a massive thank you to the seller for such amazing service and such a brilliant product. I honestly could not be happier with my bracelet and I will definitely be ordering from this seller again. ❤️

I've ordered 2 for a friend who lost 2 close family members in a very short time and she was so so touched by such beautiful gifts and wears both every day. The 3rd I bought was for my partners great gran for her birthday and she adores it, the photos always come out perfectly and the ability to choose words for the back are a wonderful touch. Purchased this as a gift for my mum who has recently lost both her parents...read reviews which were really good so thought I'd chance it and buy her something special. Sent the photo I wanted on it, which was straightforward and I have to say when it came I was pleasantly surprised how clear the photo was and I actually cried seeing it. It's beautiful!
