Do you mean expiration of a bag? I don’t have a bag on hand but there is an expiration date stamped on the bag in small print.

I was informed that a 1.75 lb bag will last my small dog for 8 days. At $25 per bag, that's almost $100 per month! How is this economical?

You're right, it's cost prohibitive for most people, especially for owners of medium and large dogs or multiple dogs. One cup of this food is about 4 oz. Currently the cost is about $4 per cup and it would be about $480 a month before taxes to feed just one of my 65 lbs dogs ( and I have two). The manufacturer's claim that this food makes feeding raw "affordable" is just not true. It may make it easier but definitely not more affordable. I spend half the amount preparing my own fresh food for my dogs.

How many cups are there per 8lb bag, 40 or 15?

Our Complete Turkey recipe is available in a 7 pound bag and has approximately 28-30 dry cups of food. This will rehydrate into approximately 35-40 pounds of food.
