I have been loving this cup. I know many would buy this for decoration or beer. But I drink only water. I fill this mug 3 or 4 times per day. I have been using 7 days per week for 5 months. It has never been in the dishwasher and since I just drink water, I barely need to wash it. A quick rinse with a drop of soap. Well it is starting to come apart. It is very solid constructed and would have given it 5 stars. But 3 is my best. Great for looks and light use. But won't hold up to daily use. The wood is pulling apart from the metal cup and splitting. I think food is in there now too. So probably going to use it for pens now and I have to buy another. I wouldn't buy this one again.UPDATE... It's been a little longer and the wood is seperating from the metal cup. The space between wood and metal makes you dribble down your chin.Adding some pics. Downgraded to a 1. Other than looks for a decorative item it is a bad product. I replaced it with an antiqued copper water bottle since I drink mostly water anyway. Too bad. I did enjoy drinking out if this. It just didn't last. OK one last comment. I decided to give a small tug and the glued in metal cup came out. This sold as a 20 Oz cup but the cup is much smaller then the wood and was held up by a piece of wet cardboard. There was at least an inch of empty space under the steel cup. Poorly constructed.

I got this as a gift for my step dad. He's really hard to buy for. If he doesn't like it he will throw it away. He loved it!The mug is actually pretty well made. I like the chill factor of the built in cup, which was sealed in the wooden mug frame with no way anything could get in between the two. The thing is huge I was shocked at how big it was. I knew how much it held but its bigger since it has the wooden mug. If you know a big person or someone with large hands this is perfect for them. I could see Hagrid drinking from this mug.

This was the best thing I ever got for my Ren Faire get up. They poured their meade right into it. Picture is exactly how it is advertised. Handle seems to hold up great. Huzzah!

I love the look and feel of this mug. My only recommendation would be to seal up the area between the wood and inner steel cup. Liquid can get in between the two every time you take a drink.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas. The first one we received, the wood was split. It was a bummer, but it happends with wood crafts. It really wasn't that bad though because, it was so fast and easy to exchange, we got the new in 2 days, and it was in perfect condition. My Husband loves it. Would highly recommend.

this is an amazing product but one on spaces between the wood is horrible for right handed people it just pours down the middle

Really like the mug! Handle is a little small and honestly I only used it once and hand washed and now it’s cracked in two places. Usable but cracked, bummed when I pulled it out to use it for the second time and had two really noticeable cracks

I haven’t used it yet since I got it as a gift, but it looks very cool and well made! The box it came in was ripping, so I was a little nervous, but the actual mug looks very nice!
