Spectra Premium 7-3110 Air Conditioning AC Condenser Compatible with 2001-2005 Mazda Miata 1.8L

This required a lot more modification than the uac version also sold on Amazon to get it to bolt up into my 2002 Miata. This item is painted black if you like that, but it really didn't matter to me. Its been in my vehicle for over 6 months now and its working great, my ac blows ice cold. Its almost impossible to get a picture of this once its installed because its in front of the radiator,...you can see the top of it between the radiator and the cars frame on the photo on the right you can also see it behind the transmission cooler in the left photo.I tried, I forgot to take a picture before I installed it. UPDATE..5/4/21.. this item was actually considerably more difficult to install than the UAC version also sold for less on Amazon..I wouldn't purchase this item again, & would return to the UAC brand. Spectra Premium is a Canadian company that after multiple attempts to resolve an issue with them......just have the worst customer service of any company I've ever dealt with. Not recommended...go with UAC version instead..much easier to install.

Attempted to install and was not lining up correctly, compared it to the original and noticed that the lower bracket must have been made incorrectly as the bend goes in the other direction. they are made just different enough you cannot swap the brackets so I had to exchange it. We'll see if the next one has the same issue.

works and fit nicely to 2001 mx5 miata

Dropped right into my 2001 Mazda Miata as a direct replacement. My AC has never blown colder

Worked perfect for my 2002 Miata.

Kinda disappointed. I chose to pay a few more bucks cause this was listed as black to give my miata a cool factor revealing through the mouth of the car. But plan old stock. Could’ve saved $30 buck on another brand with proper advertising. ***WARNING*** THIS IS NOT BLACKDon’t buy it if you think you’re getting black!!!

2003 Mazda Miata: i've only installed this part on the car, can't vacuum & recharge the freon til this weekend so until i can get it at 100%, i can't give it 5 stars, will edit after i get it set back up. didn't need that extra little bar across the front for the low side, maybe it's there for older/newer model, not sure, but everything fit back in just right.
