If I run out of this spice I can never duplicate the taste with the mis of the same ingredients that I have on hand! If I am going to eat, I want this spice cooked onto the meat.

Main downside is it’s gotten pricy, good enough to avoid MSG and overly salty laden seasonings
I’ve loved this since college (1970’s) so am a long time fan. As mentioned it’s a little pricey now but lasts a good while if not used as a rub or the like. Actually the price is like most groceries way higher than way back then .
